Pricing

Payments
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit is required before work begins.
- Remaining balance is due before final files are released.
- Production work may require full payment in advance depending on suppliers.
Late payments may delay delivery.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included where stated in your quotation. Requests beyond the agreed revision limit may attract additional charges. Major changes to the project brief after approval may require a new quotation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:

Intellectual Property

Joemetry shall not be liable for:

Cancellation
Clients may cancel projects before work begins. Deposits paid after work has commenced may be non-refundable depending on work already completed.
Refunds
Refund requests are considered individually. Completed creative work is generally non-refundable due to the time and intellectual effort involved.

While we strive for continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
